This Refund Policy describes the procedures and conditions under which customers of Centennial Med Supply LLC ("Company", "we", or "us") may request a refund for purchases of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) through our website or any authorized sales channel. We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction while strictly adhering to applicable federal regulations and the laws of the State of Colorado regarding the return and refund of medical equipment.
2. Payment Terms
Our business model is based on transparency and fairness. As such, payment is only processed after the customer has successfully received the ordered equipment. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that no charges will be applied until delivery is confirmed.
3. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds will be considered and granted at our sole discretion based on the following criteria:
- The product received is damaged or defective upon delivery;
- The item shipped is incorrect, not matching the original order or product description;
- The equipment remains unused and is returned in its original, unopened packaging, complete with all accessories, user manuals, and labeling.
Customers must report eligible issues within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of delivery. Proof of purchase and photographic evidence of damage or discrepancy may be required to initiate the return process.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund under this policy:
- Any item that has been opened, used, or altered in any way;
- Products that are considered personal hygiene items or that come into direct contact with the body;
- Custom-configured equipment or items labeled as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase;
- Equipment not in its original packaging or missing parts.
5. Refund Procedure
To initiate a refund request, please email us at biz@centennialmed.net within the allowable return window. If the return is approved, you will receive detailed instructions. Products returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
After the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within seven (7) to ten (10) business days. You will receive confirmation of the refund via email.
6. Return Shipping Policy
Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Returned items must be securely packaged to avoid damage during transit. The Company is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred during the return shipment.
